The Burger Priest's founder dropped out of Seminary school to follow his true passion— good old-fashioned burgers. The result? A holy experience 😇.  The menu is huge and overwhelming, but the California Classic is a delicious go-to. A cheeseburger with secret sauce, sautéed onions, tomato, and lettuce, served between buttered buns fried to perfection. We must confess it's damn good.

3. The Burgernator's Captain Jerk

This Kensington market burger restaurant has a noble mission: "Ridding the city of half-hearted and overcooked burgers, processed cheese, and questionable toppings."

If you struggle regularly with the sweet-salty dilemma (which do you want more???), this is your burger: An all-beef patty with grilled pineapple, Havarti cheese, lettuce, tomato, and jerk sauce.

Speaking of the joys of cheese, go to Bite Burger for more. Founded by industry veterans, Bite elevates comfort foods through creative recipes and quality ingredients. A good example of this is their Curd You Believe It Burger; as you might've guessed, it has cheese curds but also beef, double-smoked bacon, red onion, and chipotle lime mayo.
